HE IS MY IDEAL MAN

That a Kenyan man would rather spend 250k buying you drinks but not spend anything at all on your grooming? Is that a question? Ask even the Kenyan socialite Hudah Monroe. But they want you to show up stylishly dressed, 'thexy' glamorous and everything pretty and beautiful on a date. I think our men have it all twisted mixed up and confused! In the beginning when love is still a promise that's when people should bring their best to the table to cover up for what love later will bring out of them, which is the worst! e.g stinginess, hostility name them.

So not interested in what more Mr. Left was capable of, and as usual, when disaster strikes,we chose our best ways of coping e.g some turn to drinking, some turn to eating and the lucky few of us, turn to the people we trust the most. I did.

My Grandma, My All

I started looking for my kind of Mr.Right. Very much aware of the ratios as the men put it to keep us ladies frantic was even a better reason why my selection had to be smart. I went on a search venture where many of my generation wouldn't bother to look; the Church

 That's the place where I found the Man that I have always envisioned, the Man with the unsearchable greatness'.The man whose glorious splendorous works', righteousness', compassion' and tender mercies' I always meditate on. The man who, despite the eyes that are looking up to him expectantly still feeds me and Satisfies all my desires in due time. The man with a kingdom whose dominion has endured throughout generations. And what's more? He is slow to anger and has so much love to give.

The magical things I do is to fear and respect Him. I bow down and He raises me up. When I fall, He upholds me with His Righteous hand, When I call upon Him, He answers because I call upon Him in truth. What more can one ask for from a man?
